Trinity Systems and The Alarm Butler provide service calls for supported networks, UniFi, business WiFi, security cameras, access control, maglocks, electric strikes, structured cabling and alarm-system troubleshooting.
Can you work on equipment installed by another company?
Yes. We start with discovery and testing so we can document what is installed and isolate the problem before recommending replacement.
What is the minimum for a service call?
Service calls are scheduled with a two-hour labor minimum. We confirm the applicable labor rate, travel expectations and known scope when scheduling.
Can you troubleshoot a door that will not unlock?
Yes. We can inspect the reader, controller, lock power, electric strike or maglock, REX device, door contact, wiring and mechanical alignment.
Can you troubleshoot security cameras that are offline?
Yes. We can check PoE, cable terminations, switch ports, IP addressing, recorder health, storage and network configuration.
Can you troubleshoot UniFi or business WiFi?
Yes. We review the gateway, switches, access points, cabling, VLANs, RF conditions and client behavior to isolate the cause.
Can you test Cat6 that is not reaching the expected speed?
Yes. We can inspect terminations, identify questionable cable, test links and verify network negotiation to determine whether the limitation is cabling, hardware or configuration.
